To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Frederick H. Arnold, a citizen of United States, residing at Reading, in the county of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new, original, and ornamental Design for Safety-Razors, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a plan view, showing the obverse side of my design. Fig. 2 is a plan view, showing the reverse side of my design.
